The new planet Argus has many rares which have a chance to drop mounts, pets and toys. As I am a bit behind and haven't finished the storyline yet I haven't checked these yet or started farming them but after raiding on Thursday a group of us led by Fyrefly went round and killed a few rares in Antoran Wastes in the hope of a drop and although mostly it was a bust on the last kill, Houndmaster Kerrax, I got the drop. 
The mount is the Vile Fiend and it is grey and green coloured. It looks quite cool.
There are also two other colour variations of this mount which drop from other rares are in Argus.
