BfA Fishing: Baiting the Enemy (Horde)

One of the new fishing achievements with BfA is Baiting the Enemy.  This is different for Horde and Alliance, you need to fish up a special fish on the opposition island.  For Horde the achievement is:
Baiting the Enemy - Fish up a Rasboralus within Proudmoore Keep in Tiragarde Sound.

First travel to Tiragarde Sound, Kul Tiras by talking to Dread-Admiral Tattersail aboard the Banshee's Wail in Zandalar Port.  You will arrive at Plunder Harbor, fly to Timberfell Outpost.
Using a water walking mount such as Azure Water Strider or Crimson Water Strider, walk on the water round Boralus to 32:52 where you will find a mud path up into Proudmoore Keep.(a)
At the top of the path take the stairs on the left (b) watching out for any patrols.
To the right you will see more stairs and a wall round the right side jump onto this wall and follow it round. (d)
In front of you across the path are some railings, jump the railings where you will land in the water. This is where the Rasboralus school fishing pools will spawn.  Follow the water until you find a pool.
The Rasboralus is 100% drop rate from this pool.

Use the flight masters whistle to leave.  I got three Rasboralus' from the pool before it despawned and they are worth 50g each.  Alliance Baited!
