New Toy: Doomsayer's Robes

As of patch 7.3.5 there is a new toy available to collect called Doomsayer's Robes.  This toy is an outfit which makes you dress like one of the Doomsayers who were frequenting major cities before the Legion attack, complete with robe and sandwich board.

For a while it was unknown where this toy was available from but it was discovered by the Wow Secrets Discord and can be farmed in Orgrimmar for Alliance and Stormwind for the Horde.  It is said to have a low drop rate off the guards but in each city there is one named NPC which has a much higher drop rate.  These mobs have a 5-7 minute respawn timer but be careful because as soon as you enter the city you will be flagged as PVP.

For the Alliance this NPC is Charles Gastly and he can be found on the Undercity landing point of the Zepplin Tower in Orgrimmar.

For the Horde the NPC is called Gordon MacKellar and he can be found inside the Pyrotechnics shop in the mage quarter of Stormwind.

As my main is a horde character I got mine from Gordon MacKellar and it took five attempts.

All failed attempts there was nothing to loot and on the 5th time he became lootable and I got the toy.  As the patch has been out for a couple of weeks there were no other players around and I was able to farm this completely undisturbed on my server.
