The Rude Letter starts a quest called Everyone Loves a Good Fight. To complete this quest you need to compete in or watch 5 Brawls. You do not need to win these fights just compete in them or just watch them, and then hand the quest into Bruno Flameretardant (for Horde, for alliance hand the quests into Barkeep Townsley) in the Brawlers Guild bar.
At some point after this, some reports say maybe you will need to wait an hour, another new mission, Council of War, will appear at you class order hall mission table. Try to complete this with 200% as it is the bonus item, Tuft of Dwarvish Beard, that you require. The Tuft of Dwarvish Beard starts the quest We Brought the Hammer. Hand this quest into Bruno Flameretardant in the Brawlers Guild. If you do not get the bonus item when you complete the mission the next quest will not pop up. To make the mission appear again just take part in one brawl and it will appear again at your mission table.
After a little more waiting another mission will appear at the class order hall mission table, Its Clean Up time. Again try to complete it with 200% as it is the bonus item Broken Broom Handle which you require. The Broken Broom Handle starts the quest Cleaning Up which also needs to be turned into Bruno Flameretardant.
A little more waiting and another mission will appear in your class order hall mission table, Master of Shadows. Try to complete with 200% because again it is the bonus item Exhausted Shadow Candle which you need. This item starts a quest Attacking the Darkness which also needs to be handed into Bruno Flameretardant in the Brawlers Guild.
And then wait again for the next mission at the class order hall mission table, I've Got a Strange Feeling About This. Again it is the bonus item, Hunk of Meatball you need so try for 200%.
The Hunk of Meatball starts the quest You Beat the Ball of Meat. handing this quest into Bruno Flameretardant in the Brawlers Guild will reward the Champion Meatball for you Class Order hall.
