Impus is located at Deadwood Landing on the broken shore.  This is to the north of the island west of Desolation Point, just past the ship wrecks.

If you speak to Impus and ask "How can I help?" he says:
"Catch seaweed with fishing pole!  Give seaweed to Impus!  No profit!".

Boss token: Faintly Pulsing Felstone
Boss: Infernal Destroyer

The Faintly Pulsing Felstone will summon the boss Infernal Destroyer.
